Shipping & Returns
Mistaken Item Shipped – In the event Techplates Direct made the mistake and shipped an incorrect item, or if your order was damaged during shipment, contact us immediately so we can correct the issue.
Defective Product Received – All products if used properly are deemed defect free for 60 days from invoice date. Contact us immediately for further instructions to correct issue. No other warranty exists unless documented elsewhere in the website, or if written agreement is presented by Techplates Direct.
Unsatisfied with Product – In the event you find a product unsatisfactory, the item may be returned within 30 days of invoice for a refund or credit towards another purchase. All returns must first be authorized by Techplates Direct, and refunds will be subject to at 20% restocking fee.
Return Shipping Expenses – Consumer is responsible for all shipping costs unless in the event of damaged or incorrect orders. In the event returns are made, authorization from Techplates Direct is necessary in which Techplates Direct will provide instructions on acceptable billing methods.
